When can I check in or out?
- Check-in: 15:00 to 22:00
- Check-out: 08:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. nextdoor in Strandhotel Duinheuvel, Badhuisweg 2. 

How do I change or cancel a reservation?
- You can cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 1 month before the arrival date,

- For cancellations or changes within 1 month before arrival date we charge 25% of the total amount,

- In case of cancellation or change within 24 hours before arrival date (from 0.00 hours), until the departure date we charge 100% of the total amount.

NB: Arrival day starts at 0:00 am, these conditions apply per hotel room.

Is there WiFi available in the hotel?
The entire hotel is equipped with a WiFi network.

Does the hotel have its own parking spaces?
The hotel has one parking option for each room, however, due to the central location of the hotel, the number of parking spaces is limited. Our parking spaces are narrow, but free! Reservation is not possible.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome but not allowed in the breakfast room.

Is it allowed to smoke in the hotel?
No, the entire hotel is non-smoking.
